Monetization Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute monetization strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and player engagement.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- Analyze and optimize monetization mechanics, pricing models, and promotions based on data insights and performance results.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to align monetization efforts with product goals.
- Lead or support special monetization-related projects to enhance the player experience and lifetime value.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.
- Use tools like Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report on monetization activities.
Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
- A proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- A creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.
- Great communication skills and experience collaborating across teams and functions.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
- Experience in LiveOps planning and revenue forecasting.
- Familiarity with social casino or casual free-to-play game models.
