You will be responsible for leading the regional MTI (Material To Inventory) team in the EU, delivering regional projects for SAP and Non-SAP in MTI at Mondelēz International across MEU in partnership with the European business across all functions. Working collaboratively with our global strategic or regional partners to deliver regional projects and solutions.

How you will contribute

What you will do:

1. Report directly to the MDS (Mondelēz Digital Services) MEU MTI Senior Manager.
2. Accountability for defined MTI processes in Europe, including Plant Maintenance, Quality, Planning and Replenishment, Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management operations, and Non-SAP solutions.
3. Manage a team of internal MDLZ resources.
4. Support assigned projects using the Mondelez Europe methodology, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and that benefits are measurable and achievable.
5. Close collaboration with business and vendors.
6. Take accountability for implementing initiatives already identified.
7. Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional areas to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across the MEU region.
8. Represent the MDS functional area as part of the MTI project team, including presentations to senior stakeholder forums/project governance board.

2. Team management skills (4-5 resources with expert knowledge to support the projects).
3. Functional/technical SAP knowledge.
4. Team player, capable of working with different teams.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in English, spoken and written.
7. Willingness to travel.
