Modern Workplace Transformation Architect (with German)

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Transformation Architect to play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern workplace solutions for an international client in the transportation sector.
This position requires fluency in both German and English, as well as senior-level technical leadership experience across complex enterprise environments.

- Budget: 180-250 net/h
Your Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Modern Workplace architectures in large-scale enterprise environments
- Create and review High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Ensure seamless integration with identity, security, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application engineering
- Act as the primary technical contact for the customer, providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project managers with technical input and architecture-related decision-making
- Work closely with the delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation
- Apply industry best practices and architectural patterns to all solution designs
Requirements- 8-10+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in Modern Workplace / Digital Workplace / M365-based transformations
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, design standards, and integration principles
- Ability to work across hybrid project methodologies (SCRUM + Waterfall mix)
- Excellent communication skills, both with business stakeholders and technical teams
