Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

• We are looking for someone with both hands-on expertise and leadership skills in the following areas:
• 5+ years managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments with over 6,000 users.
• 3+ years leading technical teams in a workplace or infrastructure setting.
• Strong knowledge of M365 services, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
• Experience delivering large-scale user and data migrations.
• Solid automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

• In this key leadership role, I will expect you to:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and specialists.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Manage end-user devices and lifecycle processes, including Intune, Autopilot, and MDM.
• Deliver large-scale migrations, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Define and implement security and compliance policies across the M365 ecosystem.
• Introduce automation and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Serve as a key point of contact for workplace technology, collaborating closely with IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Microsoft developments and industry trends.
