We are looking for you, if you:

• have a quantitative degree and are interested in Data Analytics,
• are a Risk professional with hands-on Risk Reporting experience in SAS MRM tool, Python coding or equivalent custom tools/products,
• have automation experience in Python/VBA,
• have experience in quantitative analysis, report design and execution,
• are a design thinking and process-oriented person ready to contribute to reporting landscape improvement changes,
• are results-oriented, committed to high standards and quality of work,
• have experience in working with model risk practitioners at a leading financial institution or consulting company,
• have excellent English verbal and writing skills,
• are a good listener and interviewer, receptive to feedback from stakeholders,
• are prepared to travel occasionally,
• have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
• are enthusiastic, communicative, flexible, and an excellent team player,
• are transparent, open-minded, and value diversity and inclusion,
• have Data Quality monitoring experience,
• have in-depth knowledge of Model Risk Management Framework principles (SR 11-7, EBA guidelines on Model Risk),
• can communicate effectively with both peers and senior stakeholders,
• love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation, execution, and analysis of model inventory landscape reports,
• Contribute to the ING entities efforts in responding and reporting to regulatory bodies, collecting requirements for designing dashboards and reporting tools,
• Support/Guide local model community in execution of the model life cycle activities,
• Data quality assurance within global model data inventory,
• Performing an in-depth model risk metrics analysis and reporting,
• Active collaboration and assistance with model risk inventory enhancements.

Information about the squad:

Model Risk Oversight (MRO) is a fast-growing, energetic, international team of highly qualified Model Risk Experts, Business Analysts, and Developers. MRO is developing and rolling out the new Model Risk Management (MoRM) framework which scope covers all models used within ING Bank worldwide. To further strengthen and manage the model risk management activities, MRO expands within Risk Hub of ING Hubs Poland. The Risk Hub Model Risk Oversight Chapter supports/guides global and local model communities in execution of the model life cycle activities, together with Global MRO team facilitates oversight, monitoring model risk, and reporting for local entities. We are looking for Model Risk Experts to drive Model Risk Management framework and to support Model Risk Lifecycle activities in ING.
