As a Mobile Test Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services provider renowned for leveraging innovative technologies to enhance digital experiences. The client’s mission is to elevate its mobile platform, delivering high-quality applications that impact millions of users worldwide. responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with a Scrum development team to ensure mobile platform quality and functionality of mobile platform solutions for both iOS and Android
Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for manual and automated testing
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on mobile applications
Identify, document, and manage defects, working with developers for swift resolution
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing insights and updates on testing progress
Review user stories and acceptance criteria for clarity, completeness, and testability
Continuously improve testing processes, adopting best practices and new technologies
Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience across devices
Stay updated with mobile testing trends and tools for cutting-edge practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Mobile QA Tester with a focus on iOS and Android
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks like Appium, Selenium, or similar
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum team experience
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, devices, and best practices
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
Keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality mobile applications
