• Ownership of technical delivery for the React Native development team
• Leadership and mentorship of React Native engineers
• Communication on behalf of the React Native development team to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Building and supporting mobile journeys (iOS & Android) using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and integrating with backend services and APIs
• Integrating with backend and third-party systems by leveraging modern API-driven architectures, event-driven patterns and micro-services
• Development, maintenance, and support of mobile journeys using React Native/Native technologies and Java services
• Development, maintenance, and support of service-related interfaces using APIs and micro-service patterns
• Using SCM (bitbucket/github), CI/CD, and nexus for artifact management
• Following Agile & DevOps methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Delivery Tooling, etc.)

• POD Lead/Tech Lead experience
• React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java)
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and event-driven backends
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
• Knowledge of micro services and associated patterns
• Experience with mobile security best practices
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
