We’re on the lookout for a Mobile Team Lead to join our amazing Mobile team.
You will focus not only on developing cutting-edge mobile apps for IoT, wearables, and connected devices, but also lead a highly-skilled team, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and shape our technical and product direction.
First 3 months at intent:
Our goal is to ensure mutual fit and long-term satisfaction. The first three months are designed to help you get comfortable with your team, tools, and the way we work. You’ll receive ongoing feedback and guidance, and we’ll regularly check in to make sure everything is going smoothly. After your probation period, youll be a full member of the intent crew – with freedom, responsibility, and trust.

Lead a mobile team delivering high-impact projects across departments.
Contribute to architecture decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
Stay hands-on and support your team in engineering efforts when needed.
Estimate, plan, and propose software solutions to clients.
Collaborate with backend, cloud, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Translate complex technical challenges into clear communication for clients and stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience leading a technical team and delivering cross-departmental work.
Deep knowledge of mobile app development (iOS or Android), with some exposure to both.
Strong experience working with connected apps and IoT protocols (e.g., BLE, NFC, Wi-Fi, Thread).
Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.
Practical experience in building secure, scalable app architectures.
Passion for mobile, cloud, and AI technology – youre a generalist at heart.
Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
Ability to simplify complex tech topics for non-technical audiences.
Interest in using AI tools to boost productivity.

Salary: 24–32K net on B2B, depending on your experience.
