As xLab, were responsible for building the Design System for Allegro. We arent a typical "feature-building" team; we are an internal unit with significant independence and ownership. Were looking for an iOS Developer to help us create new components and strengthen our Developer Value Proposition. We dont just build components; we co-create the environment and the engineering culture surrounding how our Design System is used across the company.
Our team develops native web and mobile components that are crucial elements of Allegro’s Design System. Youll cooperate closely with other iOS developers and will be responsible for creating and maintaining elements of the UI.
Important things for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
- The salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost):
PLN 10 700 - 14 900
Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.

responsibilities :
Design, develop, test, and deploy UI components, ensuring high quality, performance, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with product, and other engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and help maintain high code quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.
requirements-expected :
Have 2+ years of professional experience in native iOS mobile application development.
Have understanding of SwiftUI and UIKit as we’re working in both frameworks
Have experience in close cooperation with the Design team
Are familiar with Figma
Have experience (or are ready to learn) in writing unit and integration tests.
Are open-minded, curious, and willing to experiment. Our work goes beyond writing code - consulting and looking for alternative solutions is part of our daily duties.
Take care of the quality and cleanliness of the code.
Are eager to continuously develop their skills and expand their knowledge.
Have good communication skills in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
