Responsibilitites:
Manage and monitor the lifecycle of IT assets and services
Coordinate with teams to resolve lifecycle issues promptly
Ensure compliance with internal controls, customer and regulatory standards
Log, prioritize, and resolve lifecycle-related incidents and problems
Organize and lead Life Cycle Management meetings
Communicate incident/problem status and resolution to stakeholders
Maintain and update all lifecycle documentation
Ensure changes have back-out plans and necessary approvals
Use global lifecycle management processes
Allocate appropriate priority to requests; reject impractical ones
Generate daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German - both written and verbal communication
Experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management
Acted in a lifecycle management capacity in a customer service or IT environment for at least 12 months
Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential, previous experience strongly desirable
ITIL Intermediate would be an advantage
Experience in using a Life Cycle Management system
Experience in dealing with technical and non-technical teams
Good knowledge and experience of how to manage SLAs and KPIs
Ability to update existing process documentation and training materials
Excellent Excel skills
