Mobile Lead Developer with React Native Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected React Native Operating system Windows About the project We are seeking an experienced Mobile Lead Developer with expertise in React Native to take a leading role in developing low-level designs (LLD) in collaboration with the mobile stream architect. This position supports a major client in the banking sector. The role offers mostly remote work, with periodic travel approximately every two months to the client’s office in Dubai. Your responsibilities Collaborate with the stream architect to create detailed low-level design documentation aligned with project goals. Lead the mobile development team, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices within the React Native environment. Coordinate development activities to meet deadlines and quality expectations for the banking client. Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes related to mobile application architecture and implementation. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to foster professional growth and project success. Support continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tools. Our requirements Proven experience as a mobile developer with a strong focus on React Native technology. Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive low-level design documentation in collaboration with architects or senior technical staff. Experience leading or coordinating development teams in complex projects. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
