Project focuses on the development of cross-platform mobile applications delivering real-time energy market insights, analytics, and intelligence to a global customer base. The apps are built using Capacitor with React and Next.js, supported by native iOS and Android components to enable platform-specific functionality, high performance, and reliability.
We are looking for a Mobile App Engineer who will own the mobile architecture, performance optimization, and release process. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build high-quality, user-friendly applications, integrating backend APIs, analytics, push notifications, and native features across iOS and Android.
responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Capacitorbased mobile apps, leveraging React/Next.js for UI and native modules for platformspecific features
Manage release cycle and deployment to app stores for EAs mobile applications
Own the mobile component of our push notification engine, via Apple APNS and FCM on Firebase
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to implement mobile features
Monitor app health via analytics and crash reporting, and drive performance optimizations
requirements-expected :
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Capacitor, React, and Next.js
Solid understanding of native mobile development for React Native, iOS (Swift/ Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/ Java)
Experience managing mobile app release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and App Store/ Google Play deployments
Proven knowledge of push notification systems, including APNS and Firebase Cloud Messaging
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and data integration patterns
Experience with automated testing frameworks (XCTest, Espresso, Playwright, Appium)
Exposure to serverless architectures or deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel)
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders
Experience working with analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools
Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
