Join us and get a chance to work with data from over 38 businesses using the LiveChat app to communicate with customers.

You will be working in the Data team shaping our data-oriented future. Your primary focus will be inventing and building our AI-oriented data infrastructure. Our wonderful product & dev teams will support you in the process!

Youll also have an opportunity to shape the data platform used by our analytics and product teams with great support from.

Some of the projects you might work on include:

1. Deploying and scaling AI models on the Google Cloud Platform;
2. Building powerful infrastructure that will ease and scale AI usability at LiveChat;
3. Automating and optimizing the model training and deployment process;
4. Monitoring and maintaining the performance and accuracy of our models;
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of our AI and NLP solutions;
6. Working with the infrastructure team to configure an environment that best fits your current project needs.

Traits and skills were looking for:

1. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices;
2. Strong experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras;
3. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud-native technologies;
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine learning models;
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
6. Familiarity with AI and NLP concepts and technologies;
7. Work experience in the models maintenance field;
8. Experience with handling big text data sets;
9. Prior end-to-end involvement in Data Science projects from an engineering perspective;
10. Great sense of ownership and execution skills;
11. Self-motivation and ability to organize your work;
12. The ability to work as a part of a team.
