responsibilities :
Contributing to the design and maintenance of the MLOps solutions and infrastructure, according to the architectural best practices
Supporting the team in documenting system architecture and configurations
Conducting Proofs of Concept for new technologies and evaluating technical solutions for recommendations
Designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and monitoring ML models
Automating the provisioning and management of ML environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Working with Data Analysts and Engineers to deploy ML models to production
Ensuring seamless integration of ML models with existing applications and systems
Deploying scalable and efficient infrastructure to support real-time and batch prediction
requirements-expected :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in implementing and managing machine learning models in a production environment
Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure development tools
Knowledge of observability stacks, such as the GrafanaLab stack, ELK, or Datadog
Understand Machine learning and especially Large Language Models, their working, and deployment in different cloud platforms
Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies and CI/CD tools
Hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration with other teams
Excellent communication skills, both Polish and English
Residing in Poland required
