Responsibilities

• Support users on first‑line support;
• Handle incidents, outages, and control ongoing incidents;
• Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, and network issues;
• Maintain system development;
• Participate in deployment projects;
• Collaborate with the corporate center.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher or recent studies;
• Experience in client support (HelpDesk, repairs, IT equipment configuration);
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory);
• Practical knowledge of computer networking (LAN, WAN) and mobile systems (Windows Phone, iOS);
• Knowledge of multi‑function printers and print servers;
• Understanding of workstation and server environments;
• English language proficiency, oral and written (minimum B1);
• Analytical and organizational skills;
• High work culture and excellent interpersonal communication with clients and colleagues;
• Independence, meticulousness, and consistency in actions;
• Valid driving licence category B.
