As a Junior Courier Recruit at Just Eat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for couriers using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Create and publish job advertisements on job portals

Apply If

• You are eager to work with candidates over the phone, are open, and can communicate well in Polish/English
• You can organize your work effectively
• You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or a call center
• Your English and German skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1)

Nice to Have

• You can build and maintain relationships with candidates/clients
• You know the job market and recruitment tools in the area of temporary staffing
• You know the basics of labor law (including GDPR)
