• supporting Finance Department in daily tasks
• verifying invoices
• posting AP invoices and bank statements
• preparation of relevant reports
• VAT register preparing
• direct cooperation with other departments in the area of finance issues
• taking care of AR
• ad hoc preparation of required data and analysis and tasks

• experience from hotel industry in accounting depart. and/or Front office
• knowledge of local accounting and audit policies
• knowledge of Opera system
• knowledge of local accounting and audit policies would be an advantage
• willingness to learn and develop
• experience with SAP system
• very good knowledge of Polish & English (written and spoken)
