As a Migration Environment Owner, you will be responsible for the lower and higher environments used by Customer, Migration, and ADS (Arrangement Directory Services) ART in the Core Banking program. This ART delivers:
- Account migrations from current ledger systems to the new ledger system (N-core) with minimal customer impact.
- Improvements, fixes, and data clean-up to ensure accurate customer records are available in N-core for new product offers and migrations.
- Full set of arrangements for consumer usage of ADS.
- Several years of experience managing IT projects or services in a complex IT landscape (mainly related to coordinating IT environments and migration activities rather than typical project management).
- Fluent English for daily work.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of environments and resolve issues with managers and technical experts.
- Experience or understanding of agile methodologies.
- Proactive and systematic mindset.
- Availability to work 3 days per week in the office (Gdańsk/Gdynia).

,[Take overall responsibility for lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) Migration environments., Support preparations for Go Live events in Production, including weekend execution., Proactively identify and manage external dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting ART deliveries., Provide migration environment requirements to environment providers for procurement, configuration, and maintenance., Plan, schedule, and govern migration environments, including Trial Conversion schedules, refreshes/imports, and technical support alignment., Manage user access for all environments and resolve scheduling conflicts between ARTs., Collaborate frequently with other ARTs, teams, and stakeholders., Engage with Retail Technology Services to ensure environment refreshes, code installations, and DB imports meet requirements., Monitor and consider the state of Core Banking test environments (INT1, PERF) when planning test events., Drive Core legacy teams for environment-related work., Manage tactical vendor relationships, including coordinating IBM work for ADS and Migration environments., Maintain Jira tickets, enabler features, and external dependencies related to environments., Facilitate ART ceremonies and processes to support team delivery.
