We are looking for engineers with at least 2 years of experience with commercial software development in the TypeScript and React ecosystem at the same time understanding the business needs, to be able to create simple and sustainable software solutions for complex problems.

feels accountable for the deliverables
can define the trade-offs and justify the effort
has practical experience in applying agile methodologies
Is on grow path towards T-shaped specialist or Product Engineer
