Responsibilities

  • Arrange the full life‑cycle recruitment process: understand vacancy requirements, source and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
  • Create job profiles and write vacancy descriptions.
  • Develop new approaches to attract candidates and improve the selection process, monitoring trends and using data to enhance recruitment productivity.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential candidates through networking.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain corporate documents and databases up to date.
  • Report to the Lead Recruiter and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job market analysis and provide insights.
  • Show familiarity with CS:GO, Rust, and Dota2 (gaming knowledge that aligns with the team culture).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience across technical and non‑technical roles, ideally in dynamic product or gaming environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., React, AWS, GitLab, Vue, CI/CD, system design) to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, and driving hiring decisions with confidence.
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, events, referral programmes, etc.
  • Attention to detail and process ownership – from crafting tailored job descriptions to negotiating offers and maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to lead discussions, present insights, and influence decision‑making.
  • Proactive, data‑driven, and adaptable mindset capable of operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency.
