We’re looking for a talented and creative Middle Marketing Designer to join the Kiss My Apps team and work across multiple products and directions.

Someone who actively uses AI tools, isn’t afraid to challenge conventions, optimizes workflows, and can easily switch between tasks.

Responsibilities
- Quickly integrate into the team’s workflows and tools.
- Create high-quality creatives for different networks and product directions.
- Switch between tasks and products without compromising quality.
- Develop both motion and static creatives.
- Actively participate in meetings, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Explore and implement AI tools into daily work.

What we expect from you
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools.
- Solid understanding of composition, rhythm, typography, and modern design trends.
- Knowledge of ad platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat).
- Experience creating marketing creatives for performance or brand communication.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Ability to follow technical briefs and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive team player with a drive for continuous growth and learning.
- Readiness to work in a strong, ambitious team and make a real impact on the product.
