What You’ll Be Driving

  • Analyzing and processing requirements
  • Testing web and native applications across the online platform, including API functional testing
  • Creating and executing test cases/checklists and other test documentation
  • Performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Defining test cases and providing testing, test proofs, test summary reports, and test plans when required
  • Following the QA procedure and suggesting improvements
  • Providing estimates and communicating obstacles or blockers promptly
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborating with QA team, QA Lead, PM, Product, and Developers to understand requirements and provide project status updates
  • Fostering collaboration and open communication within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Staying updated with the latest best practices in the QA ecosystem
  • Implementing and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices and tools

What Makes You a GR8 Fit

  • 3+ years of manual testing experience
  • Experience testing mobile applications (Android, iOS)
  • Experience with browser developer tools
  • Good understanding of HTTP protocol and client‑server architecture
  • Experience creating test artifacts (reports, manuals, checklists, test cases)
  • Experience with Jira and TestRail (or similar)
  • Experience with Postman or other REST client tools
  • Experience with REST API testing
  • Spoken and written Ukrainian and English (Upper‑Intermediate level or above)
  • Experience gathering and analyzing logs (e.g., Kibana)
  • Desirable skills and personal features:
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Proactive and self‑motivated attitude
