We’re looking for a Middle Elixir Developer to join us in building a super-powerful Enterprise Team Communication & Collaboration SaaS! Our project is a work collaboration platform that goes beyond chat/messenger solutions; in addition to quick chats, all thoughtful conversations around work ideas and associated attachments seamlessly merged. This project is mostly for people with disabilities. It makes their life and work easier. Includes English and sign language translation. We can assure you that this project is a social important one that gives people with disabilities ability to work and collaborate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Elixir/Phoenix applications that support real-time communication features, integrating with our existing telephony infrastructure (OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH)
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes
• Collaborate closely with other Engineering teams to integrate back-end systems with front-end applications and third-party services
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring high availability and performance of our platform
• Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our back-end systems
• Actively participate in Refinement Sessions, Sprint Plannings, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Elixir development and OTP framework
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., ExUnit) and a strong commitment to writing testable code
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Ability to work comfortably in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience using Jira for project management
• Familiarity with trunk-based development practices
• Passion for building accessible and impactful technology
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
