Middle East & North Africa Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa) for the health monitoring and baby care appliances (i.e. blood pressure and glucose monitors, nebulizers, thermometers),
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within family health monitoring electronics,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and e-commerce partners in the given region to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Coordinate the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies,
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional campaigns,
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
We require:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role on MENA Markets is absolutely must have,
  • A strong and active business network among electronics distributors and partners in Middle East or African countries is mandatory,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and handle high-value clients and complex negotiations,
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the Asian region is necessary,
  • Background in the pharmaceutical business or medical technology, along with verifiable contacts within the specified areas,
  • Without English proficiency we cannot proceed your application,
  • Any Asian or African language skills will be an asset,
  • No Polish needed at all since environment is international and your boss is from Switzerland,
  • Any relevant university degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales may be helpful,
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification in sales/marketing is desirable to prove your extraordinary skills,
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently, with flexibility to travel extensively within the region,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders,
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments and contexts.

Recruitment process steps:

  2. Career storytelling during 30–60-minute call with Maria from H4H.
  3. Introduce yourself and meet your future boss - Partner’s VP of Sales & Marketing – on online meeting.
  4. Prove your skills in recruitment task i.e. create a draft development strategy for the specified region.
  5. Demonstrate your bullet point strategy to the Board at online meeting.
  6. Confirm the offer or your work-related conditions and prepare for start date in Q1 2025.
