Requirements

• 3+years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst insoftware development.
• Strong understanding ofbusiness process modeling, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability togather, document, and manage requirements (both functional and non-functional), including writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency inJira, Confluence, orsimilar tools.
• Practical experience with 3rd party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with adiscovery phase.
• Strong communication skills toliaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English orhigher.
• Previous experience inthe IoT domain and fixed-price projects will beaplus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate around needs, objectives, and product strategy.
• Define and refine workflows, user stories, and system integrations.
• Work closely with the development team toensure seamless implementation.
• Provide regular updates and insights onproject progress.
• Product Backlog: Help fill the product backlog byworking with stakeholders toturn their ideas and expectations into features and requirements.
• Research and Suggestions: Assist stakeholders with competitor research and suggest different solutions and tradeoffs.
• Requirements Documentation: Document and maintain product requirements, and help the development team with any clarifications they need.
• Keep product and project documentation up-to-date.
