• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with Kubernetes
  
• Experience in monitoring and configuration tools like Grafana, Prometheus
  
• AWS know-how (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS,SQS)
  
• GitHub CI/CD basic knowledge
  
• Git knowledge
• Strong experience with SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now)
• Experience of the Linux command line
• General compilation of source code
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fluency in English
  
• German language - nice to have

,[ Independently provide technical support for application issues and outages, which includes interfacing with development teams and vendors, Perform deployment of the infrastructure and services, Manage SSL certificates and firewall rules, Maintain and operate production environments in AWS and Kubernetes, Analysis of the application logs, Ensure documentation remains updated and accurate., On-call duties (one week every 1-2 months), Ensure that Service Level Agreements and workflow are being followed and met for every ticket in the queues., Responsible for managing and resolving critical system outages in a timely manner by following established incident response processes and protocols. Requirements: Kubernetes, Grafana, AWS, Git, OS, Prometheus, GitHub, ServiceNow, SQL, ArgoCD, DynamoDB Additionally: Language classes, Integration events, Annual bonus, Flat structure, Free parking, No dress code.
