We are currently seeking a Mid/Senior Product Designer to join our Product Team. In this role, youll be engaged in all stages of the product design journey, from initial discovery to implementation, playing a pivotal role in the design and development of both our current and upcoming products. This is an opportunity to lead design initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute significantly to our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design process for Reffine products and features, with a particular focus on our Stock Locator tool.
• Conduct client interviews and utilize user research and data to inform design decisions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and design review meetings.
• Establish metrics and measure the effectiveness of product design to foster iterations and improvements.
• Apply design thinking principles and translate insights into product solutions.
• Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that promote elegance, intuitiveness and optimize how users interact with our products.
• Partner with a cross-functional team and clients to identify customer problems, establish vision and create solutions.
• Run usability tests to validate design choices.
• Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences.
• Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide.
• Prepare detailed design specifications for accurate developer builds
• Stay current with newest design trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, demonstrating your end-to-end design process across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent English and Polish at minimum A2 level (with a willingness to further improve).
• Experience in facilitating design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Strategic product thinking with the experience of understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions that prioritize the entire product rather than individual features.
• Familiarity with the design thinking approach.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within complex, global in reach enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Ability to distill and reframe problems, define a framework for resolution, generating clear, intuitive and elegant solutions for complex challenges and processes.
• Deep understanding and expert knowledge of user-centred design methods, frameworks and processes.
• Ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
