Responsibilities You take on technical responsibility and are significantly involved in the planning and development of our software solutions. With your great technical expertise, you will work together with your colleagues in agile teams and with the customer on challenging and interesting concepts as well as architecture. You will accompany the entire software development life cycle: from the first proof-of-concept to the product executable, including continuous support and integration of new functionalities. As an active team member, you contribute to the continuous development of the corporate culture and team spirit and act as a mentor for new colleagues. Qualifications Successfully completed a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study. At least 3 years of experience in software development and have acquired a great deal of know-how through your work on various products/projects on the backend side. With good communication skills, you can establish efficient collaboration with the customer and the team. Knowledge of the backend technology: Java Spring Boot and sound knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL or non-relational like MongoDB. Experience with microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins. Experience in cloud technologies - AWS/Azure (Azure EventHub). Experience with Kafka. Fluent communication skills in English and willingness to travel from time to time. The German language will be a plus. Openness to visit Katowice office (min. 2 times a month).
