Build and maintain backend services (mainly Java + Spring Boot, GraphQL APIs)
Contribute to AI-driven solutions, leveraging off-the-shelf LLMs, Spring AI, and n8n (no-code tool for fast iteration)
Work with Apache Artemis as message broker and Kubernetes for deployment
Collaborate closely across teams – sharing knowledge, discussing solutions, and shaping best approaches
(Senior role) Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and influence architecture decisions
(Mid role) Deliver independently, work collaboratively, and grow your expertise in backend + AI solutions
Wymagania
Min. 5 years of experience in Java Developer role
Solid backend experience in Java + Spring Boot (production systems)
Familiarity with GraphQL and distributed systems
Exposure to AI/LLM usage (e.g. chatbots, prompts) – not hardcore data science, but an understanding of practical use cases
Experience with Kubernetes (huge plus)
Comfortable occasionally using no-code tools (n8n) when it makes sense
Strong communication and collaboration skills – we value people who can work independently but thrive in cross-team discussions
(Senior role) Proven track record in code reviews, mentoring, and technical decision-making
(Mid role) Independence, willingness to learn, and readiness to take ownership of tasks
English on an advanced level (written and spoken)
