• Software platform for one of the biggest NGOs in the world, that helps people around the world on adaily basis in countries like Somalia, Guatemala, Ethiopia The main challenge in the project is to design and implement asystem, which accepts actions being done offline and in adispersed environment, while not limiting online capabilities. 2.
• Yameo’s self-developed video tool – allowing customer to build it’s own real-time video communication and interaction system. VIP has anumber of ready-to-market features and integrations, and is fully customizable to meet customer’s particular needs. It is used by big organizations from financial, insurance, and medical areas around the world, including North and South America and Europe. It enables to schedule ameeting with customer, not asking him to download any additional app, localize him via GPS, test customer’s connection, draw on screen using annotations, perform recording, inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Being apart of positive and professional team, which works in Scrum methodology
• Actively participate in analyzing the tasks if necessary, in order to properly estimate them, i.e. how to approach multitenancy or auto-deployments in new projects
• Fixing support tickets when it comes to your round (each week different member or team is responsible for SLA tickets). But don’t worry, there is not more than ~15% of service versus new features, and rest of team is willing to help
• Mentoring other team members by applying your expertise and communication skills
