We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team of developers and play a key role in scaling products and delivering exceptional solutions to prestigious clients in the fintech industry, using cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and cloud technologies (AWS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy robust, scalable applications using Node.js and React.
- Collaborate with software engineers, NLP engineers, product managers, business analysts, and designers.
- Work at the intersection of GenAI, LLM, and proprietary NLP models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing applications in Node.js.
- Experience with TypeScript, React.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Experience working with API integrations.
- Experience with LLM and GenAI.
- Understanding of NLP principles related to model development and evaluation.
- Experience with text and speech processing.
- Understanding of DAGs and data flows.
- Excellent command of English at B2+/C1 level, and communicative Polish.
- Strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of Python.
