We’re seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React, Node.js, and SQL to join our growing team in Warsaw. You’ll design and implement user-centric web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Startup company who develops a Product, which is a valuation and analytics platform purpose-built for the insurance-linked securities (ILS) market. The platform ingests unstructured ILS deal documentation and applies transparent, standardized methodologies to price every security, every day using only publicly available data.
Product’s goal is to support the continued growth and professionalization of the ILS market by providing consistent, audit-ready valuations and real-time reference indices. These tools help the entire ILS ecosystem—sponsors, banks, managers, allocators, repo desks, auditors, regulators, administrators, and public stakeholders—understand how risk is being priced in the capital markets and how portfolios are performing relative to evolving market conditions.
By aligning capital markets with clear, data-driven valuation, product contributes to a more efficient and transparent global risk transfer system.
- Develop responsive React-based UIs with modern frameworks
- Build and optimize Node.js backend services
- Design and maintain SQL databases.
- Ensure code quality through testing (Jest/Cypress/etc) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to deliver intuitive interfaces.

- 5+ years in full-stack development (React + Node.js).
- SQL database design skills.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).

- Experience with serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda).
