Contract: B2B or Contract of Employment

Location: Remote within Poland

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software performance and reliability.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Support and improve high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering role.
• Strong experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with IaC using Terraform, Ansible , or similar tools.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK stack, or Datadog.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell .
• Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
