In ASTEK Polska, we have an interesting opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer with AWS knowledge who will join the project from the pharmaceutical industry. The company is a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, and their products are on the World Health Organizations list of key medicines.

The Candidate will join our existing Data Engineering team to build and deploy the Data solutions on the platform. This platform is built on AWS Cloud with Redshift, S3, Glue, Talend, Alation along with other AI capabilities.

Work 100% remotely

Budget:

960 - 1150 PLN net+VAT/MD or employment contract (depending on skills and experience) - The Client is open to discussion if you have higher financial expectations.

Requirements:

1. 3 years+ Experience with Data Engineering in Cloud Data Solutions (AWS preferred)
2. 4 years+ Experience building Data Platforms, Datalakes and Business Intelligence solutions
3. Expertise in designing efficient Data Models, developing and deploying Data structures based on those Data Models
4. Expertise in designing and implementing Data security to ensure the compliance of all the data assets and analytical applications
5. Experience in SQL, Relational, MPP and NoSQL databases
6. Extensive experience with data processing and ETL/ELT techniques
7. Experience developing and supporting scalable data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka, Airflow to support IoT data streaming efficiently
8. Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
9. Python programming experience
10. Knowledge of English language min B2/C1
