Job Description:

Mid/Sen Order Management Specialist with English

For our Clients team, the new Shared Service Center located in Wrocław, we are looking for experienced candidates within the Order Management process as well as advanced knowledge of English.

Your responsibilities:

1. Accurately process customer orders into the companys order management system.
2. Ensure all order details, pricing and customer information are entered correctly.
3. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries.
4. Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed.
5. Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure seamless coordination in the order entry process.

Your Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years business experience in order processing (order entry experience - must have).
2. Experience in Shared Service Center environment would be an asset.
3. Experience in transition process - nice to have.
4. Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and SAP SD - desired.
5. Advanced English C1.
6. Strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
