responsibilities :
Setting necessary tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) to enable test automation and integration with downstream processes
Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, test scripts
Establishing an efficient way to generate test data with less dependencies to external teams
Continuously looking for opportunities to automate tests in the pack of manual tests
requirements-expected :
Min 2 years of commercial experience in a similar role
Hybrid skillset of software development and testing is mandatory
Skilled with Java, C# or Python programming language, preferably with proficiency in at least 2 languages
Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps
Experience with using BDD frameworks frameworks such as Cucumber for Java, Reqnroll for C#, or Behave for Python
Experience with building a test automation solution from scratch is a big plus
Understanding and direct experience with databases, web services, APIs, and cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
The individual has an automation mindset, appetite for innovation, and continuous improvement
Keen on latest technology such as AI and machine learning
Self-sufficient and able to cross-skill to different technologies with ease
ISTQB Fundamentals and Test Automation Engineer certifications are ideal but not mandatory
AWS Cloud Practitioner and Azure Fundamentals certifications are ideal but not mandatory
