Responsibilities
- Development of new WEB UI and API test scripts Java based projects using Selenium, REST Assured and Cucumber BDD
- Review of new functionalities, with effort assessment, to include into the automation suite
- Integration of Automation scripts into CI/CD pipeline releases
- Expand and maintain API Postman collections
- Bug Fixing, Code reviews, PR merges of Java based Automation projects
- Maintain automation suite across different environments and make it reliable for different countries
- Manual validation of the failures and script update when necessary
- Raising accurate and detailed defects and issues on Jira
- Being deeply involved in the business activities and the decision making process in order to be aware of sudden changes that might impact the test results
- Collaborating with the team providing input for services backlog, sprint planning, story development, testing strategies, demos, and team retrospective
- Building a trustful relationship with product owners, developers, business analysts, operations and other team members

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree.
- 4+ years of experience with Java application development
- 3+ years of experience in Automation testing using Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber BDD or API Automated testing
- Worked with eCommerce platforms (background knowledge in order workflow, product catalogue, payments)
- Good communication is key. Very good soft skills to clearly align with the team and explain the day-to-day activities to other developers, QA teams and Client’s managers.
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application components (network, application and database servers, storage, computing, etc.)
- Working knowledge of source code repository tools using Git, Bitbucket, etc.
- Be comfortable and adaptive working in shifted hours
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
