responsibilities :
Collect and analyze business requirements related to SAP IS-U Customer Service, Sales & Distribution, and Roles & Authorities for development and support projects.
Prototype solutions and evaluate work to ensure best practices and efficiency.
Create functional and technical documentation to guide implementation and support.
Configure and implement new SAP IS-U solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, programmers, and key users to deliver seamless integrations.
Engage with domestic and international IS-U solution providers to optimize system performance.
Support month-end closing processes in SD area.
Participate actively in the CSIRE project to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience configuring SAP IS-U in the Customer Service area (e.g., CIC, Business Partner concept, contact processes).
Experience in SAP IS-U FICA (Sales & Distribution).
Strong knowledge of IS-U data model, CIC, roles & authorities, and SAP CRM integration.
ABAP proficiency for code reading, troubleshooting, and simple programming tasks.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes within SAP systems.
Familiarity with HANA-Studio, Eclipse, and SQL (a plus).
Knowledge of energy and gas market communication in Poland is highly advantageous.
Excellent work organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate flexibly using SCRUM methodology is appreciated.
Communicative level of Polish language; English proficiency required in speech and writing.
