As a Mid-Level SAP HR Transformation Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a pivotal SAP S/4HANA project focused on implementing a new HR and payroll system, along with a business travel module. This initiative aims to standardize HR processes, reduce technological debt, and transition to a modern cloud architecture, significantly impacting the organization’s digital future.

responsibilities :
Manage the entire lifecycle of the SAP HCM to S/4HANA project, from planning through execution
Coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple units, including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and Cybersecurity
Supervise project progress, track milestones, and report to various organizational levels
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and technology partners
Oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Incorporate UX and design thinking methodologies into project deliverables
Adapt to changing environments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in project management, especially in IT implementations or ERP HCM upgrades to SAP S/4HANA
Proven track record in managing full-cycle SAP projects, including cloud architecture transition
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Ability to organize work independently and handle multiple project threads
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Polish
