You will contribute to developing mission-critical risk models that help identify, measure, and manage financial and operational risks across a global enterprise. Unleash Innovation in Financial Risk Modeling — Build the Future of Risk Analytics! Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week). Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role. Your responsibilities Develop a comprehensive Python library for traded risk models, contributing to core risk analytics solutions. Collaborate with quantitative modellers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment of risk models. Implement risk model code based on proof-of-concept designs provided by modellers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Design and build a service layer to facilitate interaction between risk models and other microservices within the system architecture. Our requirements At least 4 years of experience in Python development, preferably in financial or risk analytics. Proficiency with Numpy and pandas for data manipulation and analysis. Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. Knowledge of application life cycle and best programming practices. Experience working within cloud environments and microservices architecture. Fluent English command (spoken and written). Optional Experience with FastAPI, REST API, Github, Jenkins, Docker, redis, Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, or Apache Airflow.
