As a Mid-Level IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the online banking sector committed to enhancing digital platforms and internal technology landscapes. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and technological transformation through strategic process optimization and innovative solutions, helping redefine the customer experience and operational efficiency.

responsibilities :
Identify business and operational processes with potential for optimization.
Conduct comprehensive business, system, and process analyses to support transformative initiatives.
Evaluate the feasibility and value of new technological solutions, supporting their implementation.
Develop high-level solution architecture concepts for improvement projects.
Recommend suitable software vendors or partners for technology deployment.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of optimization efforts.
Prepare frameworks and materials for process performance monitoring.
Calculate and track the financial benefits resulting from optimization projects.
Prioritize initiatives within the transformation portfolio.
Monitor progress of optimization roadmaps and track initiative outcomes.
Forecast the feasibility and expected benefits of proposed improvements.
Monitor budget utilization related to ongoing optimization programs.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business or IT analysis, preferably within the banking or finance sector.
Knowledge of IT architecture concepts, such as enterprise or business architecture.
Experience with business and technical analysis, including data extraction and value assessment.
Ability to define KPIs, OKRs, or similar metrics for business and IT processes.
Familiarity with planning and modeling tools like Jira Portfolio or Confluence.
Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working within agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Experience with performance monitoring and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong communication skills, especially in preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
Experience in vendor evaluation or collaboration with software vendors/outsourcing partners.
Polish – good command of both spoken and written language.
