Ignite Data Innovation — Build Scalable Data Warehousing Solutions! Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 days remote/week). Your responsibilities Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica Power Center to support data integration needs. Develop and maintain data warehouses and reporting data marts aligned with business requirements. Participate in the implementation and integration of Informatica tools within enterprise data solutions. Design, develop, and optimize BI environments for advanced data analysis. Create and manage Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. Define and document technical specifications and administrative procedures. Test, validate, and support the deployment of software solutions, including installation packages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support smooth transition of solutions into production. Our requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Informatica Power Center. Solid understanding of Oracle 9i/10g, database design, and SQL/PL-SQL. Experience with Oracle-based systems in large-scale data environments. Practical experience designing and developing data warehouses for major institutions. Ability to interpret and compose technical documentation fluently in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality. Optional Basic familiarity with Snowflake and Python. Theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with Big Data, Python, and Spark. Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts and tools. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of tools like SQL Developer, SVN, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
