responsibilities :


  • Conduct privacy assessments of operational processes across multiple markets to identify and mitigate data risks.
  • Guide business stakeholders in utilizing data privacy tools and ensure accurate case inputs in DataVisa.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and project teams to implement data privacy initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
  • Develop, update, and distribute guidance, training materials, and educational content on data privacy laws and policies.
  • Stay informed about legislative changes related to GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, conducting gap analyses to support compliance efforts.
  • Promote awareness of data privacy and protection practices within global teams and support training activities.
  • Assist in developing data standards, policies, and methodologies that align with Group Data Privacy policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in local data privacy practices and support remedial action plans.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and explain complex data privacy issues with clarity and professionalism.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy impact assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
