responsibilities :
Gather business and system requirements for ongoing banking projects
Lead workshops and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
Design and consult solutions to be implemented in banking systems, including prototyping in Figma
Prepare project documentation to support development and implementation phases
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure alignment
Define and describe user stories jointly with business, project managers, product owners, and stakeholders
Coordinate system tests and support end-users during implementation
Support deployment activities and ensure the smooth execution of system changes
Contribute to the development of team standards and best practices
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of professional experience as a business systems analyst
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and defining changes within IT systems
Knowledge of tools and techniques for process analysis and requirements collection
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for application design
Understanding of SDLC principles
Strong communication skills in Polish and English (communicative level)
Experience in leading workshops and working directly with stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Ability to take responsibility for team goals
Knowledge of BPM-class system architecture and configuration
Basic understanding of XML, JSON, REST, and MQ
