responsibilities :
Implement new features and solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, adhering to coding best practices and standards.
Work on front-end (React.js) or back-end (Node.js) components, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration.
Participate in the maintenance and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and tooling (npm/yarn, Webpack, Babel).
Collaborate on database interactions (SQL, NoSQL) and integrate third-party APIs to build robust, data-driven applications.
Support junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and helping maintain consistent code quality.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, proposing improvements and offering technical insights aligned with business goals.
Stay curious, continuously enhancing your skill set by exploring new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
requirements-expected :
What We’re Looking For (3-6 years of experience):
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with front-end (React.js) or back-end (Node.js) development. Familiarity with Redux, Context API, Hooks, Express, or NestJS is a plus.
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and comfortable integrating APIs and third-party services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, npm/yarn, Webpack, Babel, and understanding of cloud environments (AWS is strongly preferred).
Ability to write clean, testable code and a willingness to improve code quality through refactoring, debugging, and testing best practices.
A good understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability in application design.
