Mid Java Developer Miejsce pracy: Gdynia Technologies we use Expected Java Kotlin Spring Boot Kafka RabbitMQ MongoDB About the project Salary: 600 - 800 PLN/MD Work model: hybrid from Gdynia/Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office) The project involves the development of large-scale backend systems built on a modern microservices architecture. The platform is designed to process high volumes of data using asynchronous communication and event-driven patterns to support scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance. A strong focus is placed on horizontal scalability, high availability, and performance, as the systems are expected to operate under significant load. Your responsibilities This is a brand-new project, and we are in the process of building a new, dedicated team for our client. As the initiative is at an early stage, more details about the domain and business context will be shared at later stages of the recruitment process. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners and other engineering teams, and taking part in technical discussions and architectural decision-making as the system takes shape.
