What we expect

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.

• Strong knowledge of Java SE and object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with Java EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, and JPA.

• Proficiency with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and DevOps practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and standards-compliant code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
