We focus on clean architecture, pragmatic engineering, and building software that actually runs in production for years. Your Role As a Mid Java Developer, you’ll work on real-world backend systems used by thousands of users. You’ll develop and maintain scalable services, collaborate closely with senior engineers, and gradually take ownership of system components. Responsibilities -Develop and maintain backend services in Java (11) using Spring Boot -Implement and evolve REST APIs and microservices -Work with relational databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL ) and Hibernate -Write clean, testable, production-ready code -Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams Requirements This role requires full-time onsite work (no remote or hybrid options). Candidates must be willing and able to work from our office near the Plac Wilsona metro station 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer Practical experience with Java and Spring Boot Solid understanding of Hibernate ORM and SQL databases Familiarity with Git, Gradle/Maven, CI/CD pipelines Ability to use modern AI dev tools effectively ( ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc. ) English at B2 level or higher Nice to Have Kafka or event-driven systems Basic cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) Docker, Kubernetes basics Rates (B2B) 90–120 PLN / hour Recruitment Process Intro call (30 min) Technical interview or short task Final fit & project discussion Offer Tech Stack Java: Regular Spring Boot: Regular Hibernate: Regular PostgreSQL: Regular Solid: Regular DDD: Regular REST API: Regular
