Technical Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling
- Practical experience with DBT – creating models, tests, and documentation
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Understanding of Medallion Architecture and ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Nice-to-have: experience integrating data from multiple sources (APIs, files, financial systems)
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently with large datasets and complex regulatory requirements
- Experience collaborating in an international, distributed team
- Attention to detail and focus on data quality and compliance
- Willingness to learn the specifics of the fintech / risk management / EBA regulations domain
- Strong English communication skills (technical and business)
