In this role, you will be responsible for managing Microsoft Windows Server environments hosted in Microsoft Azure. Your key tasks will include setup, maintenance, hardening, and troubleshooting of cloud-based infrastructure. You will work as part of an Agile team, collaborating with multinational project teams across the globe on cloud migration initiatives and leveraging the latest tools and innovative solutions. You will also contribute to the digitalization efforts of the Lufthansa Group. Your responsibilities Managing Microsoft Windows Server environments hosted in Microsoft Azure, Performing tasks related to: configuration (setup), maintenance, hardening, troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure, Working in an Agile team, Collaborating with international project teams from around the world, Participating in cloud migration projects using the latest tools and innovative solutions, Supporting digitalization processes within the Lufthansa Group. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration or equivalent expertise, Solid understanding of cloud technologies and the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach, Proficiency in core Windows services: Active Directory (AD), Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), High Availability (HA) Clusters, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and File Server, Strong sense of creativity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment, Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk. Optional Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible, Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Basic knowledge of network management, Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud, Experience working in an ITIL-oriented environment.
